Do work that matters
The interview went really well and while I'm trying not to get my hopes up I am optimistic that I will be called for a second interview to meet the board etc. (happy dance).
I really want this job! Even more so after meeting the Executive Director. It is a natural fit with the skills I bring to the position and a place I am passionate about.
