Those of you who know me are aware that I've been doing bootcamp at the gym for about 6 weeks now. We have four classes left with our test day on the 3rd. I really love it and have committed to the next class starting in the middle of July. The workouts, motivation and camaraderie from the class have been just too good to give up.
Today while gabbing with the instructors and K___ (who I work at the gym with) we got to talking about the running aspect of the class and I mentioned how much I was liking it.
K___ has now convinced me to join the Helena Running Club. The club meets three times a week for a combination of trail, street and track speed running. Usually running approximately 10 miles each time.
The first one is this Saturday.
I'm going to learn to love running again if it kills me!
